Pricing:

One-time non-refundable initial fee of $250.00-$1000.00 for site set up and database integration to use GYMSMART. This fee includes set-up of unique look and feel and import of current members.
Monthly fee:

$49/month (less than 100 active registered members)

$89/month (101-250 active registered members)

$129/month (251-500 active registered members)

$169/month (501-1000 active registered members)

(every 500 active registered members after 1000 add $40/month; every 500 inactive members add $5/month)

Notes:

Members are active if a fee has been paid to your governing body in the current governing body year.
Members are inactive if no fee has been paid to your governing body in the previous 3 years.
All hosting, SSL, technical support and upgrades are included in the monthly fee.
