Intuitive parent and administrator on-line registration	Registration for classes is simple and intuitive. Shows which classes are full and in progress and how many positions are still available.
Accept many students, classes on one order	A parent can register all three of their children at once for one or more classes and applicable discounts will be prorated and calculated automatically.
Accept payments by check, cash, credit or debit card	Accept any credit card and payment method on your terms and not pay more.
Merge orders	Occasionally parents may register one of their children only to realize that they want to register another child. You can merge the orders together.
Seamless class transfer	Transfering from one class to another is seamless easy process even if the class is in progress. For example, an athlete may move from a rec program to a competitive program which may have an additional governing body fee or require the proration of discounts.
Merge parents	A parent who self registers may have forgotten the original name and phone number that they previously registered and therefore create a whole new account. For consistency, you as the administrator or gym owner need the ability to merge same parents into one account.
Create wait lists	This feature allows you to see if there is enough interest in opening the same class for the same time spot.
48 hr offsite backup	Contents of database are backed up off-site every 48hrs
Photo Gallery	Create as many galleries of your athletes, events etc. as you like.

Automated submission of members to your governing association	You can submit an excel spreadsheet of your current members via email to your governing association in one click ie. no requirement for secondary program such as Clublink for submissions. Current members could include coaches, athletes and judges. Information submitted could include for example the Level of an athlete such as Provincial 1, Argo.
Site metrics	View who is accessing your website, what pages they visit, traffic patterns.
Create and update site pages	You can create and update pages that include links to other pages, pictures and movies. Format your text as you would if you where creating a word document.
Mass or target email to parents.	You can send a mass email to all parents or you can specifically email individual groups of parents
View and update parent history	You can view payment history of a parent as well what classes the parent has registered their children
View and update student history	You can create report cards for students in order to track a student's progress
Accept and track partial payments	If a parent partial pays for a class, the system tracks balances owed to the gym or conversely if a child is taken out a class and an amount is owed to the parent the balances are tracked and used the next time a class is registered
Automatic refund support	Sometimes you may want to refund part of class because the student for example is injured. The system allows you to refund part or all of class and tracks this balance until you either give their money back or other classes are registered.
Track hours worked by staff member	The staff schedule has the following capabilities: Shows which class and block of time class is running. Several program classes may run at the same time. Shows the students in each class Summarizes the total hours worked in a day and by semi-month period.
Allow parents to register after the start of class	A parent can register their children after the start date of class. The system takes care of prorating the fees and discounts.
Allow for multiple discounts	A gym rule may be to give parents a 5% if they register more than 1 class to 1 student or you may want to give a parent a 10% discount off their total class cost(excluding governing body fees) if they register more than 3 of their children during a session. You may also offer a 10% to parent's that pay in full or you may want to raise some quick cash and offer an 'Early Bird Discount' to your current members.
Accept payments by month or all at once	Because of the cost of a program such as a competitive program you may accept monthly payments rather than all at once.
Print class lists	You can print class lists for your coaches. Details of the class list include: details about the class and who coaches it all student's register in that class check boxes of days to track attendance by student identification of students who have paid and which students have not paid. know what allergies a student may have To view a sample class list click here .
Print mailing labels	You can print out mailing labels for bulk mail outs.
Email receipts and class schedules	Once an order has been processed a receipt with billing details and class schedule are emailed to the payer.
Clone Class Schedules	Once your class schedule has been created for say the Fall Session you can; in a few clicks recreate your entire schedule for the Winter or Spring Session without having to recreate each class.
Reports	View revenues for any period and for any length; Download Cash Out Reports for reconcilliation with your visa/mastercard machine.
